Rosa Chaytor nee Legge Obituary

Chaytor, Rosa Passed peacefully away after a brief illness on December 19, 2012, Rosa Chaytor (Legge) of Chamberlains, age 85 years, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend to all. Predeceased by her parents, Sarah and Raymond Legge and her infant sister, Elizabeth. Leaving to treasure her memory her loving husband and best friend of 57 years, Bob, as well as their 6 devoted children and their families: daughter Allison, son-in-law David Loveys, and granddaughter Sarah; daughter Janice, son-in-law Noel Andrews, and grandchildren Katie and Zach; daughter Heather, son-in-law Kirk Rees, and grandsons Kyle (Laura), Simon and Daniel; daughter Ruth, son-in-law James Parkyn, and grandchildren Sophia and Samuel; daughter Sandy, son-in-law Stephen Jessome, and grandsons Alexander and Benjamin; son Stephen, daughter-in-law Janet, and grandchildren Laura and Nigel. Also leaving to mourn special friends, Cliff and Audrey Petten, as well as a large circle of extended family and friends. Resting at James J. Hickey Memorial Funeral, Kelligrews. Visitation Thursday, December 20 and Friday, December 21 from 2 – 4 pm and 7 – 9 pm. Service in celebration of her life to take place at St. John the Evangelist Anglican Church, Topsail, Saturday December 22 at 11 am. No flowers by request. Donations in her memory may be made to the NLCU Charitable Foundation, St. John the Evangelist Anglican Church or a charity of one’s choice.
