Stone, Sharon Caroline September 15, 1954 – April 4, 2017 It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our mother, Sharon Caroline Stone on April 4, 2017. Predeceased by her husband Robert Young and Parents Reg & Myrtle Strickland, baby brother Reginald, brother-in-law Doug Jackman. She will be forever loved and deeply missed by her children Clifford (Heather), Shannon and Suzanne (Damien), grandchildren Evan, Amber, Brianna, Jackson and Damien. Sharon leaves behind her loving family, brothers and sisters Louise Gushue (John), Dora Organ (Cecil), Grace Dumaresque (Larry), Phyllis Evely (David), Debbie Haas (Gerard), Rosemary Mullins (Conrad), Doreen Jackman (Doug deceased), Ross Strickland (Joan), Jim Strickland (Marion). Also nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Sharon was the owner of Allisons Manor and had a family of staff and guests that will deeply miss her caring and loving nature. At Sharon’s request, cremation has taken place with no visitation or funeral service. Donations may be made in Sharon's honor to the Canadian Mental Health Association.
