Terry Lloyd Fillier Obituary

Terry Lloyd Fillier March 11, 1962 - October 3, 2019 Passed away tragically while on vacation in Florida. Predeceased by father Lloyd, mother Lenora and brother Tony. Leaving to mourn wife and best friend Joan, beloved son Julian (Samantha), sister in law Karen Rideout (who he thought of as a sister (Dave, best friend and brother in law), niece Alyssa (the daughter he never had) brother in law David O'Dea (who was also like a brother to him), parents in law Rose and Owen Pike and best friend Patti Ann Nugent who was with him and the family when he passed. Also leaving to mourn a large circle of family and friends who are being extremely supportive through this very difficult time. People who knew Terry were truly blessed in both ways. He was an angel but also known as a little devil. He lived life to the fullest, always that big beautiful smile. He loved his family and his friends and would do anything for them. The love he had for his son was beyond. Same as the love he had for his niece. He adored both of them. He was the life of the party, as Joe Walsh"s song goes "The first one at the party and the last one to leave the scene of the crime". He took that love and he took it down, song by Stevie Nicks. He treated others as he would want them to treat us. That was the angel in him. The devil in him was his badness. He lived to torment. Not in a bad way but a funny way. Family, friends and coworkers can vouch for that. If he tormented you, that meant he liked you!! He will live in our hearts and memories forever. Love you Terry Visitation in the James J. Hickey Memorial Funeral Home, Kelligrews on Saturday, October 12 from 2 pm - 4 pm & 7 pm - 9 pm. Funeral Service will take place from St. Peter's Anglican Church, Upper Gullies on Sunday, October 13, 2019 at 2 pm. Cremation to follow.
