Violet Elizabeth Batten (Anthony) September 15, 1942 – February 6, 2019 Passed peacefully away surrounded by her loving family at the Palliative Care, Miller Centre, age 76 yrs. Predeceased by her parents John &Ethel Anthony and parents in law Alex & Irene Batten. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories her husband of 60 years Max, daughters Marilyn Caines (Val), Cynthia (Faye) Chrenek (Ken), grandchildren Jonathan Caines (Vanessa), Jeremy Caines (Jennifer), Julia Rose (Freddie), Matthew Jefford, Bethany Jefford, Nathan Jefford and Nanny B’s precious great grandchildren Amelia Caines, Meredith Caines, Rory Caines, Garrison Rose, MacArthur Caines sisters Harriet Morgan (Frank), Joyce Dawe, Frances Dawe (Herbert), Cynthia Dawe. Also many nieces, nephews and other family members and friends. Visitation in the James J. Hickey Memorial Funeral Home, Kelligrews, CBS on Friday, February 8 from 2pm – 4 pm & 7 pm – 9 pm. Funeral service to take place on Saturday, February 9, 2019 at 2 pm at Faith Pentecostal Church, Foxtrap. Interment at Pentecostal Cemetery, Reader’s Hill Road, Long Pond.
