SMITH Jerry Robert January 29, 1962 – October 2, 2017 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loving husband, son, father and brother: Jerry Smith, on Monday October 2, 2017at the James Paton Memorial Health Care Centre at the age of 55 years. He was predeceased by his father Freeman Smith. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife Beverly Smith; daughter Sarah (Terry Brown) of Benton, NL; his little girls: Mylee, Sophie; mother Geraldine Smith; brothers: Raymond (Teena) Smith, Edgar (Michelle) Smith, Theodore Smith all of Benton, NL; sisters: Patsy Smith of Dawson Creek, B.C., Valerie (James Ward) of Beaumont A.B., also a large circle of other relatives and friends. In keeping with Jerry’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Family will be receiving friends from the Holy Cross Anglican Church, Benton on Saturday October 7, 2017 from 2-8 p.m. from where the funeral service will take place on Sunday October 8, 2017 at 2 p.m. officiated by Reverend Brian Candow with interment to take place at a later date.
