JORY JAMES ABBOTT 1984 - 2020 It is with great sadness that the family of the late Jory James Abbott announce his passing in Grand Falls-Windsor, NL on February 21, 2020 at the age of 35. Jory was a dedicated employee of Central Funeral Homes for over 3 years. He is predeceased by his grandparents, Nathan and Jean Abbott, and uncle, Douglas Abbott. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his partner, Shannon Graham, and son, Oliver Abbott. Also leaving to mourn are his parents, Eunice and Jim Abbott, sister, Nikita (Mark Tulk), grandparents, Ellis and Marjorie Coles, in-laws, Cindy and Tim Graham, sister-in-law, Heather (David) Hayley, nieces, Julia and Sarah Hayley, brother-in-law, Todd Graham, along with a large circle of extended family and friends, aunts, uncles, and cousins. Rev. Jeff Blackwood will conduct the funeral service at Central Funeral Homes Chapel in Grand Falls-Windsor, NL on Thursday, February 27, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. Urn bearer will be Jory's brother-in-law, David Hayley. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the Canadian Mental Health Association. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Jim Maidment of Central Funeral Homes.
