MARINA G. BALL 1935 - 2020 It is with great sadness that the family of the late Marina G. Ball announce her passing at the McCausland Hospital in Terrace Bay, ON on January 9, 2020 at the age of 84. Marina was a member of the Pentecostal Church of Badger and Buchans for many years, and retired from the Buchans Public School after 28 years. She is predeceased by her husband, Garland Ball, and brother, William French. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her sons, Edward of San Jose, CA, and Robert (Marie) of Salmonier Line, Holyrood, NL, and daughter, Carolyn Carey (William) of Terrace Bay, ON. Also leaving to mourn are her grandchildren, Alicia-Rae (Colin) of St. John’s, NL, Siobhan of Appleton, NL, Jeff (Nicole) of Regina, SK, Ian of Terrace Bay, ON, and Brittany (Brad) of Terrace Bay, ON, great-granddaughter, Savannah of Regina, SK, as well as one nephew, two nieces, and many cousins and friends. Pastor Tony Roberts will conduct the funeral service at the Faith Covenant Church in Badger, NL on Tuesday, January 14, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. Pallbearers are Wallace Stacey, Max Stacey, Reg Noel, Robert (Bob) Ball, Carolyn Carey, and Joice Greening. Interment to be held at the Pentecostal Cemetery in Springdale, NL. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Michael Goodyear of Central Funeral Homes.
