VIVIAN PEARL OXFORD June 6, 1930 - January 11, 2020 It is with great sadness that the family of the late Vivian Pearl Oxford announce her passing at the Carmelite House in Grand Falls-Windsor, NL on January 11, 2020 at the age of 89. Vivian is predeceased by her husband, Cecil, brothers, Bob, Walt, Neil, and Jim, son-in-laws, Oliver Roberts and Aubrey Rideout, and granddaughter, Amanda Rideout. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her sons, Walter Oxford of Parksville, BC, and Paul Oxford (Patty) of Fredericton, NB, and daughters, Bernice Best (Job) of New-Wes-Valley, NL, Emily Tipple (Harry) of Deer Lake, NL, Betty Rideout of Beaumont, NL, Muriel Locke (Larry) of Grand Falls-Windsor, NL, and Dawn Oxford-Kirby (Dean) of Grand Falls-Windsor, NL. Also leaving to mourn are her 14 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, sisters, Hazel Weir and Bernice Andrews, sisters-in-law, Grace Penney and Victoria Oxford, and special friends, Glenda and Wes Gosse. The funeral service will take place on Tuesday, January 14, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Michael Goodyear of Central Funeral Homes.
