Eileen Douglas

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Eileen Caroline Douglas announces her sudden passing at her residence in Hermitage on Tuesday, July 9, 2019, age 71 years, of Hermitage. Eileen leaves to mourn her loving family: husband, Lloyd; daughters, Michelle (Robert) at Paradise, Marilyn (William) at CBS, Charmaine (Daryl) at Seal Cove,FB, Melissa (Perry) at CBS and Kristen at St. John’s; sons, Kerwin (Nancy) at Edmonton, AB and Terence at CBS; grandchildren, Nicholas, Rheanna, McKinley, Kailey, Teagen, Jaxson and Isaac; brothers, James (Mary) Skinner at Grand Bank, Cecil (Phyllis) Skinner at St. Alban’s; Hughie (Ann) Skinner at Whitby, ON and Banfield (Geraldine) Skinner at Lower Sackville, NS; sister, Alma (Lindsay) Rose at Hermitage; as well as a circle of other relatives and friends. Predeceased by her parents, Harvey and Elizabeth Skinner; brother in law, Maxwell Douglas; parents in law, Jack and Laura Douglas. Visitation took place at St. Saviour's Haven, Hermitage on Friday, July 12, 2019 from 7:00 pm to 9;00 pm and on Saturday, July 13, 2019 from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm and from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Funeral Service was held on Sunday, July 14, 2019 at 3:00 pm at St. Saviour’s Anglican Church at Hermitage with Rev. Robynn Toal officiating. Interment followed at the Anglican Cemetery, Hermitage-Sandyville.
