Passed peacefully away at the Caribou Memorial Veterans Pavilion, St. John's on December 9th, 2016, World War II Veteran, Leading Seamen British Royal Navy Mr. Gordon Young of Spaniard's Bay age 97 Years. Predeceased by his wife Olga 2015. as well as a large number of Brothers Sisters Family and friends. Leaving to mourn are. One Son Gordon (Lorraine), One Daughter Sandra (Bill Tucker) 5 Grandchildren, Jonathon(Daniella), Daniel, Christopher (Tennille), Ian (Stacy), Amy (Tony). 6 Great Grandchildren, Lauren, Samuel, Owen, Gordon, Alexander and Analise. As well as a large circle of other relatives and friends. Resting at Lynch's Funeral Home Spaniard's Bay, Funeral Service Monday December 12th, at 2pm. from Holy Redeemer Anglican Church Spaniard's Bay with interment to follow at St. Peter's Anglican Cemetery Upper Island Cove.
