Passed suddenly away at the Health Science Centre St John's, surrounded by his family and friends on Tuesday November 1st, 2016 Mr. John Mercer of Upper Island Cove age 65 years. Predeceased by his Father Isaac Mercer, Sister, Sadie, Mother-in-law Betty and sister-in-law Marlene. Leaving to mourn are; His wife Edith, Children Jason (April), Lori (Wayne Allen), 5 Grand Children, Madison, Bailey, Hayleigh, Braden and Keirstin. Mother Gladys Mercer, and Father-in-law Willis Hussey. Brothers and Sisters, Margaret (Claude), Ruby (Melvin), Valma (Tom), Mack (Marj.),Marina (Rev), Garyi. As well as a large circle of other relatives and friends. Resting at Lynch's Funeral Home Spaniard's Bay Funeral Service Friday November 4th, at 11 am. from St. Peter's Anglican Church Upper Island Cove with interment to follow at the St. Peter's Anglican Cemetery. visitation Wednesday Nov. 2nd, 7 - 9pm.
