LILY MARIE ROWSELL 1937 – 2019 It is with great sadness that the family of the late Lily Marie Rowsell announce her passing at the Valley Vista Seniors Home in Springdale on December 29, 2019 at the age of 82. Lily was a member of the Pentecostal Church. She was predeceased by her father and mother, Albert & Cinderella Hewlett; her husband Gilbert Rowsell; grandson Clarence Rowsell and her siblings-Alan Hewlett, Alex Hewlett, Arthur Hewlett, Donald Hewlett, Daisy Rowsell, Netta Rose and Bertha Hewlett. Left with fond and loving memories is her sons-Roy (Kathy) of Little Rapids, Edward (Mable) of Corner Brook, Glenn (Gail) of South Brook and her daughters-Lily of Fort McMurray, Helen of Fort McMurray and Hilda Power (Tom) of Fort McMurray. Also leaving to mourn are her 10 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren. Pastor Jamie Rowsell will conduct the funeral service from Central Funeral Homes in Springdale on Friday, January 3, 2019 at 1:00 pm. Interment will be at the Pentecostal Cemetery in South Brook. Pallbearers are her sons Roy, Edward and Glenn and her grandsons Richard, Danny and Justin. Honorary pallbearer will be her great grandson Alex. In lieu of flowers donations in her memory may be made to Daffodil Place. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Ken Goodyear and Marilyn Stuckless of Central Funeral Homes.
