MARJORIE LUCY SWEENEY 1929 – 2019 It is with great sadness that the family of the late Marjorie Sweeney announce her passing at her home in Springdale on August 10, 2019 at the age of 90. Marjorie was a former member of the Springdale Curling Club. She was predeceased by her first husband Edward Clarke; 3 brothers-Harold, Harvey, Francis; 3 sisters-Phyllis, Marion, Joyce and son-in-law Gerald. Left with fond and loving memories is her husband Leo Sweeney and daughters-Joan (Brud), Karen, Beth (Ted), Lynn (Den), Annette (Rog) and Jackie (Bill). Also leaving to mourn are 14 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, brother Roy and sister Wilma. The funeral service will take place at Central Funeral Homes in Springdale on Tuesday, August 13, 2019 at 11:00 am. No flowers by request.
