Diane Muise

MUISE Diane Marie – age 62, of the Villa St Joseph du Lac in Dayton passed away at Yarmouth Regional Hospital on July 2, 2017. Born in Yarmouth on January 25, 1955 she was a daughter to the late Robert and Blanche (Surette) Muise. Diane worked at the Yarmouth Cotton Mill in her younger years before health issues led her into early retirement. Although Diane was a quiet no frills type of person she was a very kind, compassionate and friendly person who once she got to know someone they were a friend for life. Diane loved going on shopping outings and enjoyed music of all kinds. She is survived by her brother, Harold (Esther) Muise, Calgary; sister, Betty Muise, Yarmouth; and several nieces,nephews, and great nieces and nephews. Besides her parents she was predeceased by a sister, Carol Forrestall. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Sweeny’s Funeral Home and Crematorium, Yarmouth. Visitation will be held Thursday July 6, 2017 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. with prayers at 8 P.M. in Sweeny's Funeral Home Chapel. A funeral mass will be held Friday July 7, 2017 at 10 a.m. from St. Ambrose Cathedral with father Henry Smolenaars officiating. Interment will follow in Our Lady of Calvary Cemetery.
