Suddenly at Mont Tremblant, Quebec while enjoying a weekend getaway with his loving family, on Saturday afternoon, January 29th, 2005 . Rosario Alban "Russell” Filiatrault of Braeside at the age of 66 years. Dear son of the late Rosario and Betty Filiatrault; formerly of North Bay. Beloved husband and lifelong best friend of Judy (nee Clark). Cherished and wonderful "Dad” of Scott of Braeside, Christine Woelflé, her husband Wayne and their children Benjamin, Rebecca, Kyle and Kayla of Stittsville, Michael, his wife Joanne and their daughter Zoë of Moncton, N.B. Dear brother of Ed (Lin) of Mission, B.C. and Debbie Gerbassi (Gord) of Orléans. Loving godfather/uncle and fishing partner of Spencer. Predeceased by a sister, Anita. Special brother-in-law of Bud and Dulcie Clark of Stittsville, Jo-Ann and Bill Elliott, Sharleen Constantineau and Kevin and Nicole Clark, all of North Bay. Dear son-in-law of Billie Clark and devoted master/friend to "Chancey”. Fondly remembered by many caring nieces and nephews.

Liturgy of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, Braeside on Friday morning, February 4th at 11 o’clock. Interment Highland Park Cemetery, Ottawa. In memory of Russell, a donation made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Arnprior Humane Society would by appreciated by his family.
