Donald George Robson Donald George Robson of Ayr, passed away at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, on Monday February 17, 2020, at the age of 87 years. Cherished husband to the late Thelma (nee Butler). Don was a man that loved his family, and family was with him on Family Day to say goodbye and surround him with love which was befitting. He was a man of few words but when he did speak it was with love and passion for his family. Sadly missed by his daughter Mary and her son Tavis; granddaughters, Jennifer, Joanne, Erin and their families, including 7 great grandchildren. Don lived and worked in the community of Ayr for over 60 years. Respected by many, always there to lend a helping hand. He loved his workshop where he made many things for family and friends and fix and repair things for many people. He was known to be able to make anything from nothing. Cremation has taken place and a celebration of Don’s life will take place at a later date. Donations to the Kirkwood Apartments, where Don lived and enjoyed friendships, would be appreciated.
