MILLER, Alexander Cuthbert “Alex” – Passed away suddenly on Saturday, February 20th 2016 at the age of 82. Son of the late Max and Jeanne Miller. Pre-deceased by wife Joan Miller (nee Coleman). Loving father to Louise Fox (Jim) of Fonthill and Eric Miller (Denise) of Trenton. Alex is survived by his sister Sigrid Simard (Ken) of Thunder Bay, and brothers Gordon Miller of Toronto, and John Miller of Whitby. He will be missed by his grandchildren: Christopher, Raechel (Rick), Sean (Ash), Jamie (Jessica), Michael and great-grandchildren Chantelle and Elwood. Funeral service will be held at the Belleville Funeral Home & Chapel Ltd., 68 N. Front St., (613-968-5080) on Saturday, February 27th, 2016 at 1:00p.m. (with visitation from 11:00a.m. until service time). Interment will take place at a later date in Belleville Cemetery. Due to Alex’s love for animals, especially his cat Spook donations to the Quinte Humane Society or the Army Navy Club #201 would be greatly appreciated by the family.
