BARKS, Alma Joyce – It Is with great sadness we announce the passing of Alma at the Belleville General Hospital, on Tuesday, February 17th, 2015 in her 90th year. Daughter of the late Obed and Ellen Jackson (nee Pickering). Beloved wife to the late John “Jack” Farnsworth (1961), and the late Lew Barks (1993). Loving mother to Brenda Plante (Mike) and Lynda Jones (Tom) all of Belleville. Survived by her brothers Stuart Jackson (Bernice) and Garnet Jackson (Nancy). Pre-deceased by sister Neoma Jackson and brother Ralph Jackson. Devoted grandmother to Jeffrey Plante (Jenn), Christopher Plante (Sara), Corey Turner (Mellissa) and Carly Kelly (Brad). Great-grandmother to Spencer, Charlotte, Cohen and Sophia. In keeping with Alma’s wishes, cremation has take place.
