Spencer, Andrew passed away on Thursday September 25th, 2014. Andrew Spencer of Belleville, was 57 years of age. Dear son of Muriel Spencer (nee Sykes) of England and the late Jack Spencer. Dear Father of Lauren Kehoe-Spencer of Belleville. Brother of Jean Higham and husband Phillip, and Marion Higgs and husband David all of England. Also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles from England. Funeral arrangements entrusted to the John R. Bush Funeral Home, 80 Highland Ave. Belleville,Ont (613-968-5588). There will be a visitation only on Monday October 6th, 2014 from 2-4 p.m.at the funeral home.
