Barbara Phillips of Brighton, daughter of the late Clarence Scriver and the late Mamie (Hutchinson). Loving mother of Shari and her husband Ray Laws of Ottawa, Karen and her husband Adolf Kowal of Mississauga, and Jim Phillips and his wife Judy of Griffith. Sister of Bernice Tackaberry of Brighton, and the late Norah Anderson. Sadly missed by her four grandchildren, Marnie Penney (Brian), Alexander Kowal (Keara Taylor), Keely Phillips (Cliff Snyder), Erin Phillips (Brian Dean),her great granddaughter Miriel Phillips-Dean, and her nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her grandson Mark Edwards. A private family service will be held. Cremation.
