Daughter of the late George Frederick Miller and the late Margaret Doris Langley. Predeceased by her husband Elgin Payne. Loving mother of Ronda Strong (Hugh) of Carrying Place and Wendy Farrell (Joe Armstrong) of Frankford and the late Frank Payne. Predeceased by her sister Doris Nancarrow (Late John) and brother George Franklin Miller. Fondly remembered by her 6 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. Resting at the FRANKFORD FUNERAL CHAPEL, 40 North Trent Street, Frankford. Visitation Sunday evening from 7 - 9 p.m. Service will be held at the Full Gospel Tabernacle on Monday, October 24, 2011 at 12 noon with visitation 1 hour prior to service. Cremation to follow.
