RUNDLE, LEIGHTON CAMERON “CAM”, peacefully at the Northumberland Hills Hospital, Cobourg on Wednesday, January 5th, 2011, age 62 years. Cam Rundle of Brighton, son of the late J. Leighton Rundle and the late Lois Dorothy (Cameron). Soulmate of Sharon Knight. Dear “father” of Kimberly and her husband Chris Shields of Cobourg and Julie and her husband Tom Rittwage of Brighton. Dear brother of Judith Rundle (Dick Drmjar) of Ajax, and Ian Rundle (Lynne) of Kingston. Sadly missed by his “grandchildren” Jessica, Rebecca, Hannah, Brady, and his niece Shauna. Cameron and Sharon operated Rundle’s Roadside Market for over 25 years. Cam was chairman and past director of the Ontario Food Terminal Board, and greatly enjoyed refereeing all levels of hockey. A Memorial Service will be held at Trinity St. Andrew’s United Church, Brighton, on Monday, January 10th, 2011 at 1 o’clock, the Reverend Ken Lewis officiating. Cremation with interment Mount Hope Cemetery, Brighton. As an expression of sympathy, donations to Community Care Brighton, Hospice Northumberland, or Trinity Saint Andrew’s United Church, would be appreciated by the family.
