CONE, Carolyn M. (nee Ricketts)- Passed away peacefully at the Hastings Manor Nursing Home on Monday, September 9th, 2019 in her 88th year. Daughter of the late Eric and Ethel Ricketts. Beloved wife and best friend of the late William Henry Cone. Loving mother of Sandra Clark and her husband Jere, Robert Cone and his wife Marie, Dennis Cone and his wife Donna, Gary Cone and his wife Wendy, Jennifer Fry and her husband Bruce, and predeceased by her son David Cone. Proud grandmother of Matthew Vermilyea, Amy (Jim) Wood, Robyn Cone, Christopher Cone, Amanda (Eric) Smigielski, Andrew (Shannon) Cone, Ashley Cone, Eric Cone, Grant Fry and Austin Fry and great grandmother of Ava, Ella, Nolan, Ava, Jacob, Blake, Emma, Gwenna and Ella. Carolyn is also predeceased by her brother Harold Robert “Bob” Ricketts and sister Lynda Houston. Survived by her sister-in-law Mary Ricketts, brother-in-law Jack Houston, and brother-in-law Lloyd Cone and his wife Alice. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Following cremation, visitation will be held at the JOHN R. BUSH FUNERAL HOME, 80 Highland Ave. Belleville (613-968-5588) on Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Memorial Services will take place in the chapel on Monday, September 16th, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Belleville Cemetery.
