Kirouac, Clement Joseph Philippe - Passed away peacefully on Tuesday January 14, 2014 with his wife by his side. Born in Malartic, Quebec and longtime resident of Belleville, Clement was 69. Predeceased by his parents Amedee and Gertrude Kirouac (nee Roy). Beloved husband of 43 years to Elizabeth (nee Scrob). Clement is survived by 8 sisters, 1 brother and is predeceased by 1 brother. In keeping with Clement's wishes, cremation has taken place. The family will hold a Memorial Service at a later date in Quebec. Arrangements in the care of John R.
