O’Hanley, Crystal Andrea – It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Crystal at the Kingston General Hospital on Wednesday, May 6th, 2020 at the age of 32. Daughter of Kerri O’Hanley and the late Frederick O’Hanley and step mom Lori fox. Adoring partner to Jay Jeffreys . She will be sadly Missed by her daughter Alyssa Jeffreys . Crystal will be forever remembered by her siblings Nikki O’Hanley, Chris Parsons, Darrell, Katlin and Samantha and Shawn O’Hanley Riley and Tyler. Sadly missed by her nieces and nephews .
