LARIVIERE, DENIS J. - Entered into rest on Saturday, March 24th, 2018 at the Belleville General Hospital at the age of 88. Denis Lariviere of Belleville, formerly of Saint Jean sur Richelieu, Quebec, was the son of the late Napoleon Lariviere and Maria Richard. He was the husband of Jeannette Allard. Denis was the step-father of Michel Benoit of Cornwall, late Guy Benoit, late Nicole Audette, Real Benoit of Sherbrooke, late Lise Benoit and Suzanne Lisowski(David) of Belleville. Survived by his brothers Roger Lariviere and Pierre Lariviere, both of Montreal. Predeceased by his sisters. Remembered by his many step-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. In keeping with Denis’ wishes, cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date in Saint Jean sur Richelieu, Quebec. Arrangements entrusted to the John R.
