BECKLES, DOROTHY JEAN Suddenly entered into rest at her home on Wednesday, January 30th, 2019. Dorothy Beckles of Belleville was 71 years old. Dorothy was the daughter of the late Gerald & Eldora Pope (nee Mills) and wife of the late Chris. Beloved mother of Lynwood(Marissa) of Kingston and doting grandmother of Jaxen. Loving sister of Shirley Simonneau of Trenton and Hartley Pope of Belleville. Predeceased by her brothers Glendon Pope and Lynwood Pope. She will be fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews. In keeping with Dorothy's wishes, cremation has taken place under the care of the John R. Bush Funeral Home, 80 Highland Avenue, Belleville, (613-968-5588). Private family inurnment at Elmwood Cemetery at a later date. If desired, donations to the Diabetes Canada would be appreciated by the family.
