HOWARD, Dorothy Ann Joan- passed away peacefully at the Belleville General Hospital on Wednesday December 1st, 2010. Dorothy Howard of Belleville in her 69th year. Daughter of the late Michael & Marjorie Masterson. Beloved wife of the late Robert Howard. Survived by her son Robert Howard of British Columbia. Loving sister of Mary (Leonard) Lucas, Doreen Vader, Marjorie (David) Brickman, Helen (Ron) Woods, Leonard (Joan), George Masterson all of Belleville, Mike (Marilyn) Masterson of Marysville, Harold (Yola) Masterson of St. Catharines, Joseph Masterson of Cooper and Donald Masterson of Ottawa. Predeceased by her sister Phyllis LeBlanc and Darlene Masterson. Dorothy will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Friends are invited to call at the JOHN R.
