SKERRY, Edna Dorothy – It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Edna at Moira Place, Tweed, on Friday, January 22nd, 2016 at the age of 97. Born in Dunfermline, Scotland on August 10th, 1918, Daughter of the late Robert and Christina Rushton. Pre-deceased by her husband Francis Skerry (1997). Loving mother to Helen Domshy (Dennis) of B.C., Faye Skerry (Dean Lakin) of Stirling, Paul Skerry of N.S. and the late Laura Sanders. Edna is survived by brother Jim Rushton (Betty), of Bridport, England and pre-deceased by sisters Anne Pollard (late John), Faye Nelson and brother Alfred Rushton. She will be missed by grandchildren Mark, Stephen (Trista), Caroline, Andrea, Grant (Amanda), Thomas, Julia and four great-grandchildren. She was a past member of the American Contract Bridge League, and Daughters of the British Empire. In keeping with Edna’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Arrangements entrusted to the John R.
