GREATRIX, Emeline Pearl (nee Woodcox) – of Bridge Street Retirement residence, has passed away peacefully at the Belleville General Hospital on April 19th, 2018 in her 96th year. Born in Bancroft, Faraday Township, Emeline was the daughter of Truman and Caroline (nee Brethour) Woodcox, and the beloved wife of the late Ralph L. Greatrix. Emeline was also the dear mother of Keith Greatrix of Belleville, Paul (Karen) Greatrix of Bancroft, and Larry (Ann) Greatrix of Bancroft. She will also be missed by grandchildren Sarah, Chad, Stacey, Darcie, Tina, Lindsey, and Justin. Mourning the passing of her sister is Doris (Mrs. Joseph Watroba) of Bancroft; Predeceased by brothers and sisters: Arnold, Fred, Lloyd, Mervin, Vereen, Margaret, and Madeline. Emeline also leaves specially loved niece June (Mrs. Randy Davidson) of Belleville as well as many other dearly loved nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the JOHN R. BUSH FUNERAL HOME, 80 Highland Ave., Belleville (613-968-5588) on Sunday, April 22nd, 2018 from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held in the chapel at the funeral home on Monday, April 23rd, 2018 beginning at 1:00 p.m. Interment at Belleville Cemetery.
