LAVERTY, Ethel Annie - peacefully at home surrounded by her family on Wednesday, October 17th, 2012. Ethel Laverty of Trenton in her 101st year. Beloved wife of the late Theodore Laverty. Loving mother of Sally Browning and her husband Fred and Sue Mullings and her husband Ken; both of Trenton. Ever remembered grandmother of Bruce Browning, Cheri Browning, Shanann Mullings-Bell, Andrea Mullings-Lawson and Dale Mullings; great-grandmother of twelve and great-great grandmother of six. Also remembered by sister Lillian Marshall of Montreal and loved by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by parents Albert and Minnie (Woodward) Beattie; sister Margaret Archambault and brother Albert Beattie. The family will receive friends at the RUSHNELL FUNERAL CENTRE, 60 Division Street, Trenton on Monday, October 22nd from 4-8 p.m. Service will be held in the Chapel on Tuesday, October 23rd, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. with visitation one hour prior to Service. Father Steve Timpson officiating. Cremation to follow the Service with Inurnment at Mount Evergreen Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #387 Ladies Auxiliary would be appreciated.
