Dear son of the late Francis Bernard Foley & the late Violet May (nee-Henry). Cherished husband of the late Dorothy Jean Foley (nee-Gorsline). Loving father of Jane Caprice Casson (Edmund "Ted") of Belleville, Natalie Louise Allison Zandbergen (John) of Rossmore, Erin Frances Baxter of Belleville and Thomas Lynn Foley (Cathy Koot) of Williams Lake, British Columbia. Also lovingly remembered by his grandchildren; Allison Taylor (Christopher), Lesley Lisk (Jason), Tiffany Zandbergen, Brianne Tripp (Daniel), Karin Zandbergen, Jacob Baxter, Megan Baxter, Brittany Baxter and by his great grandchildren; Spencer, Bradley, Owen, Ryan, Hayden, Moira and Rowan.
