TUGNETTE, "Harry" Theodore- passed away peacefully at his home, surrounded by his family on Friday September 7th, 2012 at the age of 82. Son of the late Harry & Emma Tugnette. Loving husband of Beulah (nee Holmes) of 53 years. Dear father of Marie Burns (Joe), Sandra Hall (Peter), Doreen Tugnette and Rick Tugnette of Belleville. Loving grandfather of Jamie (Trish) & Chris Burns, Jason & Jennifer (John) Detlor, Victoria (Matt), Sam & Zach Hall and great granddaughter Shelby Burns. Brother of Doreen Meehan & Tom Tugnette (Doris) of Belleville and sister-in-law Jean Tugnette of Smiths Falls. Predeceased by brothers James & Bernard Tugnette.
