SMITH, Howard- passed away peacefully at the Belleville General Hospital on Monday August 16th, 2010. Son of the late Harry & Florence Smith. Beloved husband of the late Leila Smith. Loving father of Marion Hay of Campbellford, Mac (Frances) Smith of Marysville and Ross (Barbara) Smith of Lindsay. Survived by his sister Betty Smith, his brothers Mac (Stella), Harry (late Jean) all of Belleville and his sister in law Alice Smith. Predeceased by sisters Helen Casey, Bink Nettleton, his brothers Chuck, Bob, George and Tom Smith. Ever remembered by his grandchildren Everett, John, Lorraine, Gordon, Betty Ann (Jason) and his great granddaughter Chivonne. Friends are invited to call at the JOHN R. BUSH FUNERAL HOME, 80 Highland Ave. Belleville (613-968-5588) on Thursday from 7-9 p.m. Funeral service in the chapel on Friday August 20th, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. (with visitation also one hour prior).
