Dear mother of Graham Hook (Elena) of Ottawa, Keith Hook (Ji-Young) of Cambridge, Garry Hook (Lisa) of Belleville. Ever remembered by 7 grandchildren and brother Alex Dick (Joan). Predeceased by sisters April, Rita, Helen and granddaughter Jules. Resting at the Frankford Funeral Chapel, 40 North Trent St. Frankford. Service in the chapel on Thursday June 10, 2010 at 1 pm with visitation from 11 am till service time. Rev. Norman Long officiating. Cremation.
