Peoples, James Robert "Jim" (39 years with Mead Johnson / Bristol Myers Squibb, prior to his retirement) - Passed away at Hastings Manor on Friday, May 28th, 2010 with Linda at his side, . Jim Peoples of Belleville, in his 76th year. Son of the late William and Evelyn (nee Lancaster) Peoples. Loved by his wife and best friend of 37 years, Linda (nee Whitehead). Survived by his sister Edna Salt (Cyril) of Belleville, and nephew Morgan Salt (Kim) of Trenton. Predeceased by his in-laws Bob "Albert" and Ila Whitehead. Jim will be missed by his much-loved Pekingese dogs, and by his cat Paulie. Family and friends are invited to a visitation at the John R. Bush Funeral Home, 80 Highland Avenue, Belleville (613-968-5588) on Sunday from 7-9 p.m. and on Monday from 10 - 11 a.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Monday, May 31st, 2010 at 11:00a.m. Reverend Gary Magarrell and Reverend Wally Mayhew officiating. Interment to follow at the Belleville Cemetery. Officers and Members of the Belleville Masonic Temple 123, and other Brethren, are asked to assemble at the Funeral Home at 5:45 p.m. on Sunday, May 30th for a Service of Remembrance that will be held at 6:15 p.m. Donations to the Quinte Humane Society, Fixed Fur Life, Hastings Manor, St. Matthew's United Church or to the Parkinson's Foundation, would be appreciated.
