Archer, Joan – Passed away at the Belleville General Hospital on Wednesday August 15th, 2012. Joan Archer, of The Richmond Belleville, in her 77th year. Daughter of the late Victor and Hilda Hannah. Beloved wife of the late Douglas Archer. Dear mother of Steve Archer (Jo Anne Sommerville) of Belleville, Debbie Vos (Peter), all of Corbyville, Darren Archer (Laura) of Tweed, Vicky Archer of Belleville, Kelly Archer (Tom MacDonald) of Corbyville, and the late Dave Archer. Survived by her Daughter-in-law Debbie Archer of Belleville. Dear sister of Bill Hannah (Kay) , Doris Lockwood (late Morley), Joyce Seniuk (Peter), Sharon Hay (Warren), all of Belleville, and the late Bob Hannah. Survived by her sister-in-law Geneva Hannah of Belleville. Loved by her thirteen grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Arrangements in the care of the John R.
