SPENCER: Joan Marr (nee-Meldrum) At Westgate Lodge on Tuesday, February 16, 2010 in her 98th year. Born in Crail, Scotland December 16, 1912. Daughter of the late James and Janet Meldrum. Wife of the late Joseph William Spencer. Survived by her children Joan Pearce (late Robert), Lorne Spencer (Dina) and Janice Stevenson (Bruce). Grandmother of Kenneth Pearce (Susan), Susan Pearce, Diane Dufresne (Tom), John, Steve and Michael Spencer, and Cheryl Findlay (Ben). Great-grandmother of five great granddaughters-Kristen, Sydney, Vanessa, Rebecca and Mya. Predeceased by two sisters and four brothers. She will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by all her family. At the request of the family, there will be no visitation or service. If desired, memorial donations to the Salvation Army or a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
