ANDREWS, JOHN WAYNE at his home in Smithfield on Wednesday, October 5th, 2011, age 65 years. John Andrews, best friend and beloved husband for 42 years to June “Pat” Patricia (Hamilton). Dear father to Valerie and Ken Baker of Smithfield, John Jr. and Kathy (Douglas) of Carrying Place, and Connie and Dick St. Bernard of Smithfield. Sadly missed by his grandchildren, Tyler, Tori, Jacob, Ryan, Noah, Emily, Isaiah, Kasey, Dalton, Katie, Brad, Andrew, Lance, and foster grandchildren, Justin, Nick, Daniel, Jesse, John, Leon, Lilly, Mike, and Kenny, Son of the late Sidney and Lucille (Sue) Andrews. Brother to Laura Price and her friend Bob Wright of Belleville, Jean and Gary Kemp of Stirling, Sidney and Joan Andrews of Smithfield, Sherry and Jim Daniels of Cobourg, and Betty and Mike Sommerville of Smithfield. Predeceased by his brothers, Ernie of Trenton and Doug and Randy of Smithfield. Brother-in-law to Art Hamilton of Grafton, Rocky Hamilton of Trenton, Judy and Gord Fletcher of Carrying Place, Cheri and Bob Boomhour of Coe Hill, Elaine and Gary Savoy of Frankford, Stoney and Bonnie Hamilton of Brighton and Wade and Mary-Ellen Hamilton of Trenton, predeceased by Carol and Clinton Dopking and Dan Price. He will be sadly missed by his many nieces, nephews and foster children. A graveside service to take place at Greenwood Cemetery, Smithfield on Saturday, October 8th, 2011 at 11 o’clock. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Northumberland Hills Hospital Cancer Clinic or the Community Care Brighton, would be appreciated by the family.
