ROWE, Judith "Judy" Peacefully passed away on Tuesday, November 26th, 2013 at Belleville General Hospital at the age of 65. Beloved spouse of 45 years to Melvin “Mev” (St. Johns, NL). Daughter of Allan and the late Hinderkien “Penny” Silcox (de Vries). Loving mother of son Craig Rowe (Ottawa) and daughter Corrie Rowe (Moncton). Cherished by granddaughter Stephanie and great-grandchildren Shelby, Ella and Jorgia. Forever missed by sister Lorna (Brian) Dear (Ottawa) and her sons Derrick and Shawn. Judy will be fondly remembered by her family and friends. A Memorial Service will be held at the John R. Bush Funeral Home, 80 Highland Ave., Belleville (613-968-5588) on Friday, November 29th, 2013 at 1:00p.m.with Rev. Peter Bartlett officiating. If desired, donations to the Ontario SPCA would be appreciated by the family, as Judy was an avid animal lover.
