COWAN, Katherine Ann “Kathy” – It is with great sadness, we announce the sudden passing of Kathy at her residence on Sunday, October 2nd, 2016 at the age of 54. Daughter of the late Lester and Barbara Collar-Burke. Survived by step-father Arnold Burke. Beloved wife to Paul Cowan. Loving mother to Shantel Cowan ( Dan Moxam) of Trenton, Kyle Cowan (Robin) of Kingston, Hailey Cowan (Alan Grayston) and Lindsay Cowan of Belleville. Kathy will be fondly remembered by her brothers Steven and David (Chantelle) Collar. She will be missed by grandchildren Brook, Hope, Denver, Conner, Ryker, Deven, Alonna, Rihanna, and Jordyn. Kathy will always be remembered as a loving daughter, wife, mother and for those who knew her, woodworking was her passion. In keeping with her wishes, cremation has taken place. Memorial service will be held at the Belleville Funeral Home and Chapel Ltd., 68 N. Front St., Belleville (613-968-5080) on Tuesday, October 11th, 2016 at 2:00p.m. (with visitation one hour prior to the service).
