GIBBS, Keith Matthew- of Belleville, passed away peacefully at the Belleville General Hospital on Tuesday April 19th, 2016 in his 59th year. Loving partner of 13 years to Lorri Betts. Proud father of Abigail and Justin. Keith will also be sadly missed by his many family and friends. Memorial Visitation will be held at JOHN R.
