MCMULLEN-MCGUIRE, Lesley Estelle (Teacher at Quinte Secondary School)– Passed away peacefully at the Belleville General Hospital after a courageous 7 ½ year battle with breast cancer, on Tuesday, December 2nd, 2014 at the age of 45. Dear daughter of Beverley McMullen (nee Branton) and the late Jonathan “Hugh” McMullen. Beloved wife of 14 years to Kevin McGuire. Fondly remembered by her mother-in-law Brenda McGuire and father-in-law Bill McGuire. Loving and devoted mother to Ashton and Jonathan “Cole” McGuire, both at home. Ever remembered by her sister-in-law Kelly McGuire-Smith (Ron) and their children: Madison, Sydney, and Hadley and by brother-in-law Michael McGuire. Lesley’s passion was figure skating and power skating, which she coached in Belleville and Stirling for over 25 years. Friends are invited to call at the John R. Bush Funeral Home, 80 Highland Ave., Belleville (613-968-5588) for visitation on Wednesday, December 3rd, 2014 from 7-9p.m. Funeral mass will be held at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church of (399 Victoria Ave., Belleville) on Thursday, December 4th, 2014 at 10:00a.m. Father Timothy Shea officiating. Cremation will take place following the service. The family would like to thank the V.O.N. of Belleville for the care Lesley received, as well as Dr. Harrison, Dr. Lodhen, both of Belleville and Dr. Mates (of KGH).
