LEWIS, Margaret Rose - Peacefully entered into rest on Tuesday, October 15, 2019 at her home. Margaret Lewis (nee Wilson) died at the age of 89. She was the daughter of the late James & Margaret Wilson (nee Williamson) and cherished wife for 55 years to Peter. Margaret was the loving mother of Cindy Bennett (Wayne) of Belleville, Lee Lewis of Milford, Peter Lewis (Izzy) of Havelock, Paul Lewis (Georgina) of Deseronto, Ken Bush of New Brunswick, and the late Eric Bush and late Nancy Bush. She is the dearest grandmother to her several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Margaret is predeceased by her sisters Ann Bowen, Kae Bowen, and her brothers James, Andrew, Bill, George and Dan and she will be fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews. In keeping with Margaret's wishes, cremation has taken place under the care of the John R. Bush Funeral Home, 80 Highland Avenue, Belleville (613-968-5588). A Private Family Graveside Service will be held at a later date. If desired, donations to the Belleville General Hospital Foundation, the Heart & Stroke Foundation, or Sick Kids Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
