STEVENS, Marguerite Annie- passed away peacefully at the Belleville General Hospital on Tuesday August 30th, 2011. Marguerite Stevens of Belleville in her 96th year. Daughter of the late Harold & Annie Newby. Beloved wife of the late James Stevens. Loving mother of Vivian (Joseph) Pirri of Campbellford, Marcus (Shirley) Stevens of Deloro, Beverly (Bob) McLean of Belleville, late Linda Thomson, late James Stevens, Dolores (Carl) Chambers of Enniskillen, Royden (Christianne) Stevens of Nepean and Adele Stevens of Belleville. Survived by her sister Ruth Beaver and son in law Darryl Thomson. Predeceased by her brothers Frank and Ernest Newby and her sisters Florence Desjardins, Mildred Lawrence, Inez Page, Viola Clemens and Hazel Newby. Ever remembered by her grandchildren Jennifer (Rob), Lori (Nicolas), Serena (Mark), Kenneth (Melissa), Colleen, Janice, Nicole (Louis), Mackenzie (Sara), Shannon, Ashley and great grandchildren Amelia, Reuben, Alexander, Nathaniel, Summer, Chase and Zachary. Friends are invited to call at the JOHN R. BUSH FUNERAL HOME, 80 Highland Ave. Belleville (613-968-5588) on Thursday September 8th, 2011 from 9:00 a.m.- 9:45 a.m. Funeral Mass to be held at the St. Michael the Archangel Church at 10:00 a.m. Cremation to follow.
