HERRINGTON, MARLENE YVONNE at the Northumberland Hills Hospital, Cobourg, on Wednesday, June 29th, 2011, age 68 years. Marlene Herrington of RR 7, Brighton, daughter of the late Archie Donaldson and the late Cora (Scriver). Beloved wife of the late Ronald Russell Herrington. Loving mother of Scott and his wife Carol, and Justin and his wife Paula, all of RR 7, Brighton. Dear sister of Thelma and her husband John Tondeur of Cobourg, and Marvin Donaldson of Toronto. Predeceased by her brothers Basil and Robert Donaldson. Survived by her sisters-in-law, Eva Donaldson of Trenton and Sharon Donaldson of Alberta. Sadly missed by her grandchildren, Reece, Leah, and Lexie Herrington, David, and Stephanie Conley, and her nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the Walas Funeral Home, 130 Main Street, Brighton (613-475-2121) on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Service at Trinity St. Andrew’s United Church, Brighton on Wednesday, July 6th at 1 o’clock. Cremation with interment Hilton Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Arthritis Society would be appreciated by the family.
