SHOREY: Norma Joan Of Belleville, entered into rest at Westgate Lodge Nursing Home on Saturday September 11th, 2010, one day before her 85th birthday. Dear daughter of the late Albert & Maude Holton. Beloved wife of Donald Albert Shorey for 66 years. Cherished mother of Carolyn Scott (Paul) of Gananoque, Dianne Wallbridge (Jim) of Lansdowne and Elizabeth Stapley (late Jerry) of Belleville. Predeceased by daughter Patricia Hall. Also lovingly remembered by her grandchildren; Andrew Scott (Stephanie), Christopher Scott (Stephanie), Angela Thompson (Ryan), Rob Wallbridge (Julie), Christa Wallbridge-MacInnis (Ian), Ted Wallbridge (Sarah), Jason Hall, Erica Hall (Paul) Andalyne Stapley (Richard), Kelsey Stapley and by her 16 great grandchildren. Dear sister of Bruce Holton (Leona) of Belleville. Will be missed by her sisters-in-law; Georgina Holton and Jean Tugnett (Bernard). Predeceased by brother Mack Holton and by sister-in-law Muriel Yorke (late husband Kenneth). With respect for Mrs. Shorey's wishes cremation has taken place. A private memorial service will be held at the Belleville Funeral Home and Chapel, 68 North Front Street, Belleville (613-968-5080). Inurnment to follow at White's Cemetery in Bayside. As expressions of sympathy, donations to Westminster United Church would be appreciated by the family.
