Hoxford, Norman Carl- on July 2nd, 2015 -August 18, 1932 passed away at his residence with his family at his side. He was a great husband to the late Betty Ann Hoxford, loving father to Liz, Dan (Isabel) and Greg (Dominique) and grandfather of Zoe and Thalia. He was a retired teacher from Sir James Whitney School, an avid golfer and long time member and past President of the Bay of Quinte Golf Club as well as the Belleville Badminton Club. A special Thanks to all the Doctors in Belleville and Kingston, especially Dr. Coady and Jane. In lieu of flowers, donations to your favourite charity would be appreciated.
