BALLARD, PAUL GARY KENNETH Mail Carrier, Canada Post - Peacefully entered into rest at the Belleville General Hospital on Monday, July 29th, 2019. Paul Ballard of Belleville died at the age of 65. He was the son of the late Ken & Mary Ballard (nee Stevens) and was the former husband of the late Ruth Elaine (nee Dock). Paul was the loving father of Scott, Chris and Trevor and dearest grandfather of Cloe and Preston. In keeping with Paul’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Arrangements entrusted to the John R.
