Milligan, Peter Leroy – Passed away at home, surrounded by his family, on Saturday August 6th, 2011. Peter Milligan, of Belleville, in his 70th year. Son of the late Clarence and Marjorie Milligan. Beloved husband of Elaine Milligan (nee Horrigan). Dear father of Tracy Masters (Cory) of Belleville, James Milligan (Christine) of Stirling, Tara Abdella (Chris) of Belleville, and Tina Mountenay(Brad) of Trenton. Loved by his grandchildren; Jessica, Michael, Justin, Dylan, Alex, Riley, Owen, Hakeem, Liam, Austin, and Alicia. Friends may call at the John R. Bush Funeral Home, 80 Highland Avenue, Belleville on Tuesday August 9th, 2011 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A private Graveside Service will be held at the Belleville Cemetery at a later date.
